Thank you for choosing our skincare products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds.

 

No Returns on Skincare Products

 

For health and hygiene reasons, and to ensure the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for skincare products once they have been purchased and delivered. All skincare sales are final.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

While we take great care in packaging and fulfilling your order, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can promptly address the situation.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide the following when you contact us:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A brief explanation of the problem (e.g., "broken bottle," "wrong cleanser").

  3. Photographic evidence of the damage to the item and/or the packaging.

Upon review, we will happily work with you to find a solution, which may include sending a replacement product or issuing a full refund.
