Orders & support

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you created a customer account, you can also log in anytime and check your order status under My Orders.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to update your address. Please reach out as soon as possible so we can make the adjustment.

How do I update or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Please contact us right away and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Shire Skincare with your order number and details. This means we’ve received your order and are lovingly preparing it for you. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

If you created an account, you can also log in anytime and view your order under My Orders for extra peace of mind. And if you ever feel unsure, reach out - we’re always happy to confirm for you.

How do I get a refund?

Because Shire Skincare products are handmade and crafted with care, we are unable to accept returns of opened items. However, if there is ever an issue with your order - such as a damaged product, missing item, or an error on our part - please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Simply use the contact form on this website or email us at erika@shireskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right, whether that’s sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Our goal is always to ensure you feel cared for and confident in your Shire Skincare experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

Shire Skincare accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer payments through PayPal for a secure and convenient checkout experience.

All payments are processed safely, and your information is never stored on our site. Our goal is to make shopping simple, secure, and stress-free so you can focus on enjoying your faith-inspired skincare.

Where do you ship?

Shire Skincare provides Domestic shipping
within the all 50 US states plus US territories including Puerto Rico,
Guam, American Samoa, Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces addresses.

Our products are now available Internationally, including:

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,
Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Iceland

What carriers are available for International orders?

We use DHL and UPS as International shipping carriers, with multiple options for each carrier available at checkout.

Do you include customs duties in the price of shipping?

We’re happy to offer International shipping so you can enjoy our products wherever you are. Please note that your country may require import taxes, customs duties, or other fees before your order can be delivered.

To make things easier, we collect these fees upfront and transparently during checkout. You will see these charges calculated on a separate line during checkout.

This means there won’t be any unexpected charges when your package arrives - no surprise duties at the door, and no delays at customs.

By handling these costs ahead of time, we help you save time, avoid extra handling fees, and ensure a smoother delivery experience.

What if customs tries to charge me more?

If customs charges a different amount than what was calculated at checkout, Shire Skincare covers the difference so you
don't pay additional fees. This prevents surprise costs for you. You can rest assured the price you paid is accurate.

Do you offer a free shipping?

Yes! We are happy offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

How long does shipping usually take?

We lovingly prepare and package each order within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. International orders may take longer. Shipping estimates are shown during the checkout process for clarity.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Because we use glass bottles for purity and health, we take great care in packaging. Still, accidents can happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo and we’ll gladly send a replacement. All orders are insured up to $100.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

Sometimes carriers experience delays, especially during busy seasons. Sometimes orders are not scanned properly and tracking is effected. We recommend checking your tracking link first. If your package seems stalled or missing, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Are your products safe for pregnancy and nursing?

Yes! Every Shire Skincare product is thoughtfully formulated to be safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding, so you can continue using your favorites at any stage of life.

Do your products contain essential oils?

No, we never use essential oils in any skincare products. We don't think they're gentle enough for sensitive skin, nursing mothers, or baby-safe use. Always check the ingredient list if you have specific sensitivities to plants or fruits!

Where are your products made?

All our products are handmade in small batches in rural New Hampshire.

What about your preservative?

At Shire Skincare, safety is always our top priority. Because our products are water-based and contain botanical extracts, they can be prone to bacterial growth if left unprotected. No one wants that! That’s why we use Liquid Germall Plus, a gentle preservative system that keeps your skincare safe, fresh, and effective throughout its use.

Cosmetic chemists, doctors, and skincare formulators all agree that Liquid Germall Plus is safe and used in very small amounts, as we do in our formulations. Its efficacy allows us to use less overall preservative in your products compared with other synthetic options, which helps maintain the purity and gentleness of our skincare.

You might have heard concerns about “formaldehyde releasers.” The truth is that Liquid Germall Plus releases only minute, controlled amounts of formaldehyde over time, similar to the tiny amounts naturally found in a pear or apple. This is far below any harmful level and ensures that your products remain safe - even for pregnancy and nursing - without compromising effectiveness. Fear mongering and "green washing" efforts to ban this preservative is concerning - other "natural" alternatives are not effective at preventing yeast and mold growth.

Using it allows us to maintain natural, gentle, and safe skincare while avoiding stronger synthetic preservatives that can be harsher on the skin. We believe in full transparency and thoughtful formulation, so you can trust that every ingredient is chosen with care - for your skin, your health, and God’s creation.

What order should I apply my skincare?

Here’s a simple order to help your skin fully receive each product:

  1. Cleanse: Begin with your Cleansing Balm to gently remove the day’s impurities and refresh your skin.
  2. Serum: Apply a few drops of your chosen serum. This concentrated treatment delivers active ingredients where your skin needs them most. Gently pat or massage it in, taking a moment to care for your skin with intention.
  3. Moisturize: Next, use a moisturizer or night cream. You only need a pea-sized amount - massage it onto your face and neck, letting it sink in as you honor your skin’s natural beauty.
  4. Optional – Facial Oil: For extra nourishment and a gentle glow, apply a few drops of facial oil over your moisturized skin. Pat it in softly, allowing it to seal in hydration and radiance.
